Not saying I'm a coffee snob by any means but I've traveled around the country for the last few years, even living in Seattle for a bit, and all I can say is Beck's makes a fantastic cup of pour over. They take the time to explain the flavors and make fantastic recommendations. Their cozy little shop is coming along quite nicely. It's is well worth stopping in and checking it out.
I haven't been to the coffee shop yet but I do love their cup of joe. I have at least one every Saturday at the las Cruces farmer's and crafts market.
