I've purchased several vehicles from Beckley Auto Mall, the Beckley location. I had the the worse experience going through the Bluefield store. Willie was rude not professional at all. Tried to push a torn up vehicle on me got mad when I showed him the damages to vehicle. He persisted to say they are used what do you expect. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop the Bluefield location. I've always had been treated with respect in Beckley.. Im not sure if I'm completely done with the whole company.. Deborah Jones
Awful will never recommend we are from bluefield brought a 2015 have done nothing but put money in this vehicle of course from them nothing is under warranty awful place ...walkers
