Driver clearly didn't have the tow car hooked correctly so driving 15mph in rush hour is acceptable.
Absolutely Horrible!!! The guys are disrespectful and lack competence! They place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau
Drivers are very rude incompetent unprofessional and just hateful. You would be better off to push your vehicle rather than have them tow it
