Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. Their office was well organized and clean. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Their equipment was current, nothing special though. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are above average. It a good place to go to get your yearly flu shot. You must be a patient of Dr. Becker or of the Cleveland Hill Clinic and make an appointment. He also has Saturday appointments available

The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Steven Becker, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me.
