Dr. Becker is the most arrogant and condescending person I have ever had the displeasure to meet. He is extremely unhelpful and will make you feel like you are subhuman that's wasting his time. He will cut you off mid sentence and ignore the fact that you even asked him a question. I urge you to please read more reviews if mine is unhelpful but please seek a different doctor if you are considering dr. Becker.

Was this doctor friendly? Not at all Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this doctor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst

Would you recommend this internist to others? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I felt very rushed. Dr. Becker is sarcastic and curt. I'm done with this practice!!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment
