I went almost 3 years ago but am still paying the price today. Becker single handily ruined my hair wave pattern and subsequent volume with his “texturizing technique.” AKA hacking away at my hair with no regard to its natural texture or previous layers. Not to mention I waited over two hours past my original appointment I made months in advance. He then proceeded to be rude and aggressively jerk my head around during the service.
