Becker has always done a good job for me. My power steering pump went out and they replaced next day under warranty. My only disappointment was no car wash as anytime it has been there they have ran it through. At the same time I get it. Scott was great as always
Because they screwed up my first oil change on the GMC I bought from them, and had to bring it back. Today I brought it in for my second oil change which they made me pay for because I was 1 month past the two years. My car only has 9000 miles on it. 4 free oil changes my ass!
