Becker Auto did a great job getting my car in and checking to see if I really needed what Dave Syvertsons said was wrong with it. Even though it was over the 4th of July holiday I finally got my car back and didnt spend anything near the estimate I was given. A BIG HUGE THANK YOU TO BECKER AUTO. Took camper to fix a leak in carpet outside the bedroom and bathroom( clearly stated this). Went camping and it leaked for 3 days, took back again. Refused to take any labor off stating I didn’t tell him where it was leaking! Yeah I made up an imaginary leak, so you wouldn’t fix the real leak! Pretty ridiculous, considering he even called me to be sure where the leak was! Never again!
They were exceptionally friendly and had a quick service. My mom and I were going down to get horses and needed a tire change they were nice enough to change our trailer tire for us at the last second.
My son was driving to Chicago after visiting a friend in Minnisota when his transmission went out in his pickup. Becker Auto made the repairs and was able to get him transportation to Chicago for his conference so he didn't miss a beat. I am truly Greatful for everyone who helped him out. God Bless you all
