All of the 1-star reviews are for a different Becker Animal Hospital in San Antonio Texas. We've been going to this Becker Animal Hospital for 18 years with 6 different animals and have had nothing but exemplary service. Everyone there truly cares and treats their clients with respect.
Our family has been using the Vets at Becker Animal hospital for over 50 years and for good reason! The staff are so warm and friendly and All the Doctors are exceptional. They all genuinely care about your pets, take time to answer any questions, and always call to Check in when our pet is sick. Dr Brian Wagner has a team of fantastic and very skilled Vets, and the support staff are wonderful and also so helpful.
