My father in law had an appointment for a tb skin test that took 5 minutes, but they made him wait 2+ hours instead of just quickly taking him in. They also initially said the wait was supposed to be 1 to 1 and half hours. Trash service all around.

This is the worst walk-in clinic. She says you got a come in at 3:30 for registration but they don’t open till 430 and you might get seen. Better off going to Barrie or Collingwood Wasaga Beach sucks

I called to place an appointment for my toddler and had a question, which is why I called, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I said, “Hi I’d like to make an appointment but I have a question.” She curtly responded with “Ask the question first.” Her tone was cold, unwelcoming and as if I was burdening her. I said “Never mind!” And hung up. She’s working in a vulnerable sector, where apparently this clinic deals with MH, and she cannot manage her emotions to handle a basic interaction, I don’t believe she can handle th... read more
