Yes, this is how business is conducted! I gave my 2 week notice, to Beck N Call, I couldn’t do my last two shifts due to personal reasons that I discussed with the supervisor, I got my last check in the mail, and they paid me 7.25 an hour! For the shifts I already worked!! When I was making 9.30 an hour prior?? Are they kidding?? I already filed a report with the better business bureau, just wanted to share how shitty of a company they are
Caregiving for a loved one is not easy. I’ve been there. I thought I could do it all myself and for a long time I did. When it did become too overwhelming for me, I put my trust in Beck ‘N Call and I was not disappointed. They provided Caregivers to my wife during her hospital stays and my wife absolutely loved her Caregivers.
I have worked at Beck ‘n Call for over 9 years. Melissa and the support staff are amazing! They have always supported me in my growth both personally and professionally. They have always accommodated all my needs throughout the years. At Beck ‘n Call we truly have the best clients that become like family. I always try to give the best care possible. Overall a rewarding job and great place to work!
I have been working for Beck N Call for a year. I can honestly say it is a fantastic company. I have found the staff and most importantly the caregivers so caring and loving. What they do for clients is amazing. They work extremely hard to make sure everyone is well taken care of and they really treat them like family. I give caregivers a thumbs up! They do not train their employees how to properly take care of people. They rearrange the scheduled times often, and at the last minute. They do have a couple great employees but unfortunately everyone wants them which makes it hard for them to schedule. They should take the time to train their aides so they wouldn't have this problem.
