This funeral home takes your money and shoves a box with your loved one's ashes into your heartbroken arms only to then have the ashes ripped away and plopped down on a couch in the foyer. The "director" in our case didn't even bother to tell me he wouldn't be at work that day when I called to tell him I was bringing my elderly aunt into the Cedar Park location to pick up her husband's ashes.
