These guys are super friendly and professional at their jobs. My problem is that they will tell you what your insurance will cover and tell you your max out of pocket. Then several weeks after you have the service done, they will send you a large bill and tell you it wasn't covered by your insurance. If that is the case, then WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME before hand. Charging customers after the fact when they were told they owed nothing else is bad business practice. BEWARE of getting overcharged!
