I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt. when the office called my cell asking if I wanted an appt. There was no communication and the receptionist was very disorganized. She could not say what an exam cost only that they charge more for new patients. When I asked, "Why, do you not want new patients?" she said No. Minimum $200 for a basic eye exam ensured I was not going to be a new patient. I noticed the nurse had angered an elderly patient, as well. I can not recommend this office.
