Charged me more than what they quoted me. I had called several different places for a DNA test and when I called them they didn't even know the price so she had to call me back, when she did she said there would be a mandatory exam with it... fine. And the price she quoted me included the DNA test and the exam. Yet after it was over, I was charged more and told the exam fee was not included. Bad customer service. I would have went to one of the other places had she told me the correct price in the first place.

This clinic and all of the staff have taken great care of our family’s pets for years. I now live farther away but still make the drive to keep my business here. You can tell they really care about animals and your fur babes. I’ve had multiple calls for check ins with my animals too when they have been having health issues. Highly recommend Rockford Vet!!!
I've been seeing all the doctors at rockford vet, since I moved to Buffalo in 2004. I highly recommend their friendly, great customer service, and wonderful care for all my current and passed animals. I will never go anywhere else. Thank You Dr. Barlow, Dr. Beck, and Dr. Parisso!
They are an amazing team! My cat had a declaw there and she had great care and was back to her normal self very quickly.
Dr. Pariso did a GREAT job with my cannoli. I will be bringing both my girls there from now on.
