Rob and Sara Bechtel are the best, as is Caroline. They are honest and you can trust that their word is their bond. My father dealt only with Rob’s father in the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Now I only deal with Bechtel’s for our jewelry needs - Rob, Bob’s son, is as fine a person as his Dad. It is wonderful to have them in Palm Beach County in this day and age. Dishonest. I just found out from Rolex Watch U.S.A. that the crystal replaced by Bechtel Jewelers while performing "authorized" service on my gold Rolex in 2009 is a FAKE. "Not of Rolex manufacture," the document states. I have all of the documentation and proof I will need for a lawsuit and I am going to sue Bechtel Jewelers. Rolex verified that Bechtel was an authorized Rolex dealer at the time of this authorized service.
