Dr. Wu was the worst doctor my family has ever dealt with. He completely dismissed my symptoms and made no effort to get to the bottom of things. Not to mention, he refused to sign my FMLA paperwork—even though he was the one who completed it in the first place!! My employer needed his signature, but he refused, saying he had to “protect his license” and that he couldn’t sign it. He took amazing care of me in 2011 when I had liver failure! He was so kind and thoughtful. He makes you feel comfortable and is brilliant to speak with.
Dr. Wu is so good you can't get in to see him! But he is worth the wait. He cares, he listens, he has a great team, he has helped save my life. He is more than a 4 hr roundtrip drive for me and it's time well spent. Kaiser Sunset Doctors are the best.
