First of all the staff is really rude. Second of all they need to update the location or this office because my mom went into to the wrong location that is shown on Google by Jaime zapata and bob bullock. In that case I went to help her locate the new location at LMC and while we were inside the receptionist were really rude and then told my mom that I couldn’t be in there with her, which I understand but they did not have to be that rude. 0/5 stars if I could. Horrible service in all aspects. The receptionists are rude and disrespectful, the Dr. Enrique Becerra is always in a hurry, is rude, arrogant and acts dismissive. I paid $800 out of pocket since I did not know the insurance had already kicked in and covered those costs. They said they would return the money to me as soon as they got the money from the insurance… this was months ago and they refuse to pay us back.
