Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. Sample their delectable prix-fixe pasta menu and the kitchen's redefinition of Italian flavors with an impressive wine list and seasonal cocktails.

I love their stuffed peppers with spinach spaetzel.
Great food and staff is eager to please. Perfect spot for pre-theatre dining.
Delicious food and great service! It’s a wonderful experience!
First time visit. Great meal and service. Hope to visit here again soon.
every morsel of food that entered my mouth, danced on my tongue! from savory herbed breads, a platter of grilled vegetables, a selection of beans, and sensuous seafood. then came the pasta. three individual types each one with a blanket covering of different sauces. as i looked on at all the meals served at my table, from chicken to fish to veal, i could tell everyone was happy with their menu choices. Dessert, oh dessert, how do you pick just one? great choices.
The pasta symphony, stuffed peppers, lemon chicken - everything is wonderfully cooked and presented. It's a real deal on Restaurant Row.
Great food, wine and service
Make reservations since it’s always packed! Known for their 3 courses of pasta meal. Heard it’s tasty but never tried it! Varied menu, fish, chicken, veal dishes all fresh. Great desserts (haven’t tried any), Lol! Service fabulous regardless of how crowded they are!
Great food. The service is a little slow though...and one of the waiters tried to correct me on the pronunciation of a dish, when I am actually 100% Italian lol. I know how to pronounce fegato
