Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. Bad Experience —- this RUDE man ... who accused us of sharing the all you can pasta — meanwhile —- the waitress told us we can taste the pasta and we (5) customers ... all ordered our own entree ! Horrible manager or whoever he was !!! He totally ruined our friends birthday dinner!!! if we can’t taste the pasta ... just say so Do Not accuse us of sharing the pasta !

Food is great...a reservation means nothing - plan on waiting long after your time!!
Terrible waiter so rude and did not smile once. Staff was awful! Never came back to pour wine. Food cold and definitely not handled well. Food was terrible. Veal chop was raw. Staff messed up on birthday celebration desert. Not one staff member cared about anything. They bumped into people almost knocked me down the steps. Bathrooms were disgusting! So disappointed I used to love this restaurant.
