Wonderful, detailed and very professional. Heather is great with providing the customers all that is needed. She helped me to not waste my money on a bad investment property. I will certainly be contacting them for any of my contracting needs in Tallahassee for sure!
I have called on the BEC & Co team for several jobs now and have been nothing but impressed with the entire experience. I have always been called back in a timely manner by both the staff and owner. I have gotten honest and cost effective quotes/proposals (as I have always gotten more than one for comparison) and if there is ever any change I have gotten both a phone call and email to be sure it meets with my understanding and approval. I never got to find out if their work is quality or not. My realtor highly recommended them, but three months after accepting their estimate (which didn't include everything we wanted, after repeated requests) they still haven't scheduled us. And worse, they don't even pick up the phone to call... it has always been me calling them! And most of the times I call, it goes to voicemail.
