I hope that the Cosmology Board finally made you get a license to do business in Altoona, Iowa since you were never licensed.  Also, I hope you were made to sanitize your equipment after using on a customer!  I got a very serious infection in my toenails because equipment was not sanitized.  The nail technician after doing pedicure dipped the tools in the dirty foot bath and returned them to her box.  She would then go to the next customer to do their pedicure.  Disgusting!  This is why I turned you in and you had to finally... read more

So rude and the service they gave was AWFUL! They are rude, not friendly at all, the woman who did my nails did not speak to me the whole time I sat there. I told her I didn't like the color I picked out after the first nail she did, but would not stop and allow me to select another color. Cut me once during the manicure. After all that, when I got out to my car in the sunlight, there were bubbles on top of all my nails, most nails had streak marks and not paint on the edges!!!!! Never going here again.
