I would be cautious when buying a beazer home. They try to lure you with great incentives and prices but they play with all buyers and quote different prices based on your race. Try out other builders in the community. Please feel free to email me about my experience purchasing a beazer home. I’ll share my thoughts. Worst builder in the neighborhood for sure
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional and Overpriced. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Beazer's home. From the very start, their lack of professionalism was evident. I strongly advise anyone considering Beazer's to look elsewhere. There are far better options out there that won’t cost you a fortune for subpar work.
