Absolutely terrible community and extremely poorly built homes. For a brand new build, my doorknobs shouldn’t fall off, lights shouldn’t flicker, uneven foundation, nails in the carpet, cheap cheap cheap material are just a few examples. The parking is terrible! My car was totaled (more than $10k in damages) in a hit and run because beazer doesn’t allow parking for their owners in their own community. My car was part of a hit and run a few weeks ago because Beazer forces us to park on the street for no good reason. Beazer you need to do right by the people who pay thousands of dollars to live here and allow us to PARK here and put in another gate at the beginning of the hill and at the top of the walking ramp by the model homes to keep the homeless out!! Living here has been a nightmare. Not only are tweaker homeless people using our common area by the pool to cook their meals on the community grill we have but also have caught them using the pool showers and constantly setting the fire alarms off. Now beazer HOA is making us park out by the street and not allowing us to use the parking stalls inside the complex!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE if you want to be treated like you live in an apartment complex. You cant even park in the parking spaces they created or else you will get towed. we are paying $5000 a month to live in a townhome in VISTA and have to park on the street. Well last night my husband's car was broken into. this place is absolutely ridiculous. not to mention tweakers hang out and use our "amenities". CHANGE YOUR PARKING RULES. every neighbor is upset over this and wants to move.
