I could not be more unhappy with our Beazer, as a whole. We have been in our home for three years and have had numerous issues, all of which have been blown off by Beazer. Even things that are under their home warranty have been ignored. The most recent was with our shingles. We had a company come and inspect the damage and were told that the builders did not install the shingles correctly. Some of them were not tacked or nailed down. The Retreat At Eagle Rock is where they are currently building, we wasted two weeks of our time going to meetings with builders etc when all along they knew are selected lot and elevation floor plan , down to the day of signing a contract proceeded to email us and tell us we could have the lot we chose or the elevation bc oops the sales man Pete just realized after TWO WEEKS of knowing the lot and floor plan that the lot beside the one we had chose was building a similar home , then told us our only option was a different lo... read more

Terrible Warranty Service. I had a home built through Beazer 3 years ago and the first hard rain we had My living room window leaked. I called Beazer and they sent someone out to check the window and they claimed my window only needed to be sealed. The next time I had a hard rain the window leaked again. They sent someone else out and I was told I needed a new window but the window never came. So I called Beazer multiple times and the next person that came out said I didn't need a window and just sealed the window again. Wel... read more
