I could not be more unhappy with our Beazer, as a whole. We have been in our home for three years and have had numerous issues, all of which have been blown off by Beazer. Even things that are under their home warranty have been ignored. The most recent was with our shingles. We had a company come and inspect the damage and were told that the builders did not install the shingles correctly. Some of them were not tacked or nailed down. Terrible Warranty Service. I had a home built through Beazer 3 years ago and the first hard rain we had My living room window leaked. I called Beazer and they sent someone out to check the window and they claimed my window only needed to be sealed. The next time I had a hard rain the window leaked again. They sent someone else out and I was told I needed a new window but the window never came. So I called Beazer multiple times and the next person that came out said I didn't need a window and just sealed the window again. Wel... read more
