I had a horrible experience! Wish I could give 0 stars!! The parting in the back of my hair is awful!!! Really, it’s awful all over! Some small, some big parts. Also, it looks like a child parted it. Secondly, I asked for 1B and received color 1 ( dark black in the front) and 1B in the back. I called the owner and she said that I would need to return when person who braided it was there. This was the worse experience I have had at a hair salon customer service was very poor. Misrepresentation on what the services are. They say 24/7 but when trying to drive the same day was told come the next day. Need to make an appointment but they do not take any US method of payment only cash who carry cash anymore!! Treated like trash. no respect for the customer at all. Very Very Rude! Maybe because we are American's and Not Africans? I could not understand at all. This is my second time patronizing this business and I plan to return. The first time, I cut my locs out and called to make an appointment for the next day. Teresa (I think the owner) got me in. The second time, I called for a same day appointment and was able to be seen. Their work is neat and I was out in a decent amount of time.

This beauty supply store /braiding shop some of the women in there is so unprofessional me and my sister had a 8:30 am appointment on 06/15/2025 we didn’t get out of there until almost 6 pm they were very slow the place was not clean spiders dropping from the ceiling a spider got on my sister they really need to spray and pick up they speed in getting the customer out but overall we loved our hair but I will not recommend no one to go there
