Our initial positive experience at Beaverton Toyota was ruined when we discovered the salesperson misinformed us about our warranty purchase. We asked explicitly and repeatedly if the extended coverage was a factory Toyota Manufacturer warranty (Gold or Platinum) and not a third-party policy. He assured us multiple times that it was directly through Toyota. Once we got home and reviewed the paperwork, we realized we had been sold a third-party warranty instead. Wonderful experience only complaint is that they tried to sell me tires that were seasonal and not all weather with fall and winter on its way.
