Покупал машину здесь и несколько раз приезжал на ТО. Отношение наплевательское, что у менеджмента, что у сотрудников. Лгут прямо в глаза и не стесняются. В общем крайне не рекомендую, если хотите сохранить нервы и не бегать за ними, в попытке заставить их делать свою работу
Update: unlike Kia's response below, it is fair to say they caused error given that , as mentioned below, issue started within hours after they finished installing update. A few months ago, I took my car here to install the anti-theft update over the KIA boys fiasco; now my car has been having intermittent starting issues within hours after said update. Albeit they installed it on Saturday, they only want to inspect their error during the weekday when I work, which had made it difficult for me to schedule said Inspection
