Great customer service, they truly went above and beyond. Thoughtful and compassionate employees as well.
From beginning to end Carlos and the team were great. I shared our last experience at the dealership taking a few hours. The whole financing process took about an hour and a half which was much faster than our last experience. At the end of the day our needs were met and they helped us to get the process done quick and easy.
I had a really amazing experience at Beaverton Kia. I got to work with John “Big John” who had some amazing stories, an incredibly vibrant personality, and was very kind. John worked with me and helped me get the car I was looking for while still giving me options despite my low qualifications and even gave me some of his lunch because I hadn’t eaten!!!!!! John had so much to say and was awesome all around!
