The manager of this department, Nathan, is a dishonest person. I special ordered some fluids to service my 2010 G37 and paid in advance. Never got a call that they came in. On follow-up, I was told by Nathan that "they throw things away" after a certain amount of time and that "he'd look into my order and call me back." After three tries, he's still dodging my calls. I'll just go to the local Nissan in the future. Same parts at a significantly better price point. And they don't steal from you. I suggest you do the same.
They took GREAT care of us in the parts department! We worked with Nathan & he went above & beyond to help get the vehicle fixed for us.
