After waiting over a hour non of my requests had been worked on. The work was incomplete.
Had no problem with the service and repair. Great service and explanation. Only issue was that I needed to drop off the vehicle prior to dealership opening due to a doctors appointment. (explained on phone to person scheduling service) I wasn't told that there were gates on the lot and to park outside and I WAS told there was a key dropbox and there was not. This is the last dealership I will ever buy a car from again! The salesman refused to show us the car we wanted to buy and mislead us with the one he wanted to sell us. He told us all the equipment was the same as our trade and that turned out to be a direct lie. The sales manager tried to correct the error by offering to sell us the one we wanted in the first place with a $7,000 reduction on the one we purchased and $19,000 additional cost!
