Worst dealership i have ever worked with and terrible vehicles! There are a few people in their service **** who are honest but only one or two. Overall the people in their service **** only care about saving money, they do not care about your safety. The ** and some of the service reps are dishonest and will do anything to not have to pay for a repair or rental for you. The sales **** is not much better. I would never go to hyundai beaverton company either sales department or service department. I had a problem with my car engine and they never fix it. For months I had the same problem and never got fixed. You can go and experience it if you want to but I recommend don't go there. They are just taking your money and time.
Lies and bait and switch. AVOID!At the time we leased our Hyundai Kona EV in 2020 we were told that we would not have to pay for any routine maintenance for the term of the lease. LIED We were told we would get a significant tax credit. LIED No tax credits on leases.Now they do a bait and switch. They send me a email about a trade in that will reduce my payments. I would avoid this place if I were you I went to the Beaverton Hyundai dealership as I just got a brand new engine in my Sonata (it was a recall problem,) although it was installed from another dealership in AZ, I live here now so I came in to get a rattle checked on that was coming from the engine. When I checked in for my appointment they said 3-4 hours before a diagnostic could be ran. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM BEAVERTON HYUNDAI!I would like to leave a NEGATIVE FIVE Star Review for the Beaverton Hyundai Dealership. I took my car in more than 2 weeks ago, In that time I, and 2 insurance adjusters, was unable to get any return calls or emails, regarding the status of the vehicle.
