I got scammed. Factor in thousands in repairs or better yet avoid entirely. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Beaverton Honda's service department, particularly with Service Manager ******* *******. I brought in my 2020 Honda Civic for a comprehensive maintenance package. At the time, my car including the battery was in excellent working condition, confirmed by a diagnostic report.Less than 24 hours later, my car began having trouble starting, a problem that persisted for several days. Absolute worst car dealership I have ever worked with. Associate actually called me a moron for not wanted to pay over MSRP for a vehicle. Please to yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership.

Brought my car in to be detailed and they destroyed my car seats and returned the car to me with white cleaner residue literally everywhere. Not to mention the took my floor mats. I brought it back to be fixed since the car was so disgusting. They managed to clean off most of the residue from the cleaner but they didnt do anything to the seats. I had been looking around to find the perfect vehicle to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and found not only the perfect vehicle but the perfect car buying experience with Kyle at Beaverton Honda! I ended up finding a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition in white plus they gave me more than I anticipated for my trade. I stopped at Beaverton Honda part dept to buy fluid for my Honda Odyssey. On my receipt I found added charges (sales tax) to the product. The sales tax is illegal in Oregon. I have receipt and will contact Oregon attorney about illegal business practice
