5 stars for Coretta specifically, not the apartment owners. In the last 13 year of apartment dwelling, I was at Beaverton Apartments, during which I've encountered numerous challenges stemming from the owners' lack of concern for the well-being of their tenants. One of the many things I appreciate about living at Beaverton Apartments for 8 years is the Property Manager Coretta. She quickly response to any problem in our units or on site . Coretta solved all the past problems with Beaverton Apartments that the Former Property Manager Stevie let fall apart. Former Property Manager Stevie had a drug problem, stealing and was involved causal sex with residents . The Owners did not have Stevie arrested even when she stole keys to all the apartment units at Beaverton Apartments. Property ... read more
We have had many managers at Beaverton Apts but Coretta is the absolutely the best. She is efficient and a manager of her word got things fixed that for years were neglected. Coretta is a very understanding and compassionate woman. And I’m so grateful for her as our manager at Beaverton Apartments.
