Forever a loyal customer, great staff always walks you through everything they’re doing, great pricing, super reliable, super fast!
This place isn’t what it used to be. Brought my truck in bc of steering issues and the guy behind the counter with the beard told me that if I knew for sure that it was the pump, then he would replace it, but he doesn’t have time to diagnose the issue for me; and literally told me that I should take it somewhere else. Marcus would have never treated us like that. We’ve been coming to this place for more than 10 years, but I guess that ship sailed when the name on the sign changed.
The customer service is great and completion of the service was fast. I’d recommend this location.
My dogs broke my rear window in the middle of moving to Florida. I was stuck here until it was fixed. Villa Rica Auto Care was able to put it back into position for me within 24 hours at a reasonable price. Villa Rica Auto Care has always treated me well and I'll miss having them close by in Florida. They're fair and honest.
