I initially went to Beaver Valley Dental for a root canal and, though the service was friendly, the procedure was done poorly that I had to later return for a root canal. After several days of pain I went to the E.R. only to find that the root canal had not been preformed properly with sterile equipment causing the tooth to die meaning that I had to get a dental implant which Beaver Valley Dental refused to pay for even though it was due to their medical malpractice. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not!
