The system they have their ROCKS! Dr. Elsayed was SO helpful, explained everything, a real class act. I was very impressed.
Finally decided to make it to the Urgent care. First time here. I’m new to Beaver Medical. I’ll have to say very happy with the treatment I received at this facility. The staff was courteous, very professional, caring n compassionate. I’m glad I decided to go. Getting IV fluids right now. I guess I was a little dehydrated.
It’s always a tremendous wait time!! If I walk in and tell the triage nurse what happened why can’t their protocol be send to X-ray and then by the time the doctor sees him they have the X-ray and we can move from there. It’s so backwards here �
