Felt like staff would rather watch tik tok then work. Literally never looked up from their phone while I was paying. Need new staff, period.
The coffee and lattes are very good, but if we're paying 1.50 for cream cheese and 3.50 for bacon would be nice if they put more than 1 strip of bacon inside the bagel and maybe some more cream cheese?? Definitely not worth paying an extra 3.50 for one strip of bacon

i will have to say the coffee is amazing and so is the food . on the other head i hade an incident with the manager who was working there about two years ago in the summer. i was using the bathroom and i was told to stop using it because its not for public use and told me to go somewhere else. I was ordering from them every day and giving them business so i was not just a random person!!!! i no longer give business to this specific location... i was also 17 at the time and felt as thought i wasn't wanted at this shop..
Was surprised they charged $1 for almond milk and $1 for vanilla syrup . Other coffee shops like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and McDonald’s don’t. Coffee didn’t taste good either. Won’t be returning In addition a $1 for food service was added to the bill when we went to counter to order. Unreal
