Prompt service. Friendly triage nurse and doctor!! Took care of me ASAP!!
In n out on under 30 minutes and Dr. Lee was fantastic. Sent my prescriptions over to Walmart and they were ready when I got there. 24 hours later and I'm feeling so much better.
The surgery center staff at BMG in Beaumont are really nice. I spent 7 hours there yesterday with a family member that had surgery. They were all great and made the time pass more quickly. The nurses in recovery amaze me too. The Urgent Care staff is a great bunch as well. Dr. Reis is a godsend. A few months ago he referred me to specialist who did my 6th surgery on my left. This was 6 weeks ago and now I have my life back. Thank you BMG! PS...I have the best PCP, Dr. Yoney in Yucaipa. She's awesome!
I love my Doctor Mark Santos. He is a wonderful caring man that really listens to what you say when you see him.
Telephone service is the worst. You can't even get through to a doctors office to leave a message. Waiting time is about 45 minutes if your lucky.
