When this facility was owned by Beaver, I had nothing but positive experiences. Now that Optum owns it, it is impossible to schedule appointments easily. Recently, the appointment desk rerouted me to the phone screener who never returned my call. When I called again to try to schedule an appointment, the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive and refused to even send my call to the phone screener nor would she schedule an appointment for me. I am extremely disappointed with Optum.

My 3 children use Optum Redlands Pediatric office and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The front office staff are sweet and welcoming. The LVNs are always nice and friendly. The pediatrician we use is Dr. Nicole Antonio and she is AMAZING! She is so thorough and always answers all questions and concerns. I can truly say she goes above and beyond.
Waited for almost an hour to see Dr. Ha (Barton Eye Care). Staffs are not being helpful to elderly patient. Especially the one in the photo.
