After my Mayan Massage. I was just given an after care card and told to drink raspberry tea. Maybe the 2 ladies that were working on a weekend were busy back to back. I had more questions but the therapist just seems to give off like she was over the day. I had to google and do more research on the recovery of the Mayan Massage. Arelie was very nice, friendly. She has a lot of experience with facial lymphatic drainage massage. My face improved a lot after all the swelling from my deep plane face and neck lift. Also the Arnica and hemp cream is really good for my neck and sore areas.
