This happened at the Howard Beach Location.... My husband and daugther arrived 15 mins before they closed. My daugther had a fungal infection. Dr. Valerie Brutus said she would be back to let them know if the insurance covered the medication. Half an hour later! A janitor walked in and that's when the receptionist realized someone was still there!!!! The DOCTOR LEFT without giving us ANY INSTRUCTIONS!!!! the receptionist had no idea what to do!!! I will go to Excel urgent care going forward and take my kids to PM Pediatrics.

well, they could start by making their patient portal work, answer their phones and pay their answering service, who actually told me this morning, "they don't pay us to take messages." seriously a doctor's office answering service that doesn't take messages. ugh.
RecommendedTook my mom there, they gave her a very good and thorough exam, staff is very friendly, facility is clean and the wait wasnt as long as the er.
