Hey guys! I will speak for myself and for most of my battle buddies. I have been residing here in beaver for 5yrs and always return back here after deployment or a long TDY. Nowhere else in Watertown look out for service member more than they do. You get a 50% discount while on orders or long TDY if you choose to keep the apartment. ALL ACTIVE DUTY BE ADVISED! In true New York fashion, this company clearly hates military members. They openly set and increase rent based on BAH, which is nothing less than exploitative. Their staff is condescending and rude, especially when they find out you’re military. Most importantly, they are fraudulent and will attempt to steal your deposit, which, in our case, resulted in lawyer involvement and an official complaint filed with the New York Attorney General‘s office!
