Positive experience The most positive aspects of our experience as tenants are the apartment complex is located close to the lake, the neighborhood is quiet, there has been major improvements to the property such as new efficient windows.
Maintenance is quick! We like living here. Maintenance responds to repairs quickly.
Highly recommended It's nice when I need something fixed, they are here either the same day or the next morning. Janet is awesome! She is on top of things. Staff and management are great! They come highly recommended to my friends and family. I have lived here 3 years and Janet is the best property manager since I moved here.

The property is beautiful The property is beautiful, and Janet is amazing! She is super friendly, patient, thorough, will explain everything so there's no mistaking anything. She is extremely sweet and personable, we've loved her from second one. We love our new apartment too!
They're very understanding They're very understanding and willing to make reasonable accommodations for being late on rent. They go above and beyond to prepare a rent payment history for me when I ask for one.
Efficient Anything that I need the office to do or from the office, they do it and fast too. Got to love the office for that. The manager stays on top of everything.
Nice and spacious The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, and the grounds are well kept. The pool area is an inviting retreat. If there happens to be any need for maintenance, the issues are promptly resolved. Overall my time here has been great.
Management is awesome I love the staff at Windpoint, they are awesome! The apartments are nice and there is always someone in the office which is nice too.
