Had a really bad experience with one of their staff. Went in the morning to purchase Pure Body Luxe products, the purchase went fine. Went back in the afternoon as my dad asked me to buy more Body Luxe products and this second purchase came with a free sample. While checking out, I asked how come my first purchase didn't include a free sample, the staff said she included one. Went to check but there's none. I always have the best experience at this store, all the staff are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They have an amazing loyalty program that has great perks! I was served by Jaymie last visit and she was so helpful with my stubbornly dry curls and recommended fantastic products that didn't break the bank! Thanks to all the staff – appreciate your help and patience everytime!
