From the moment I stepped inside Beautyland Plastic Surgery , the experience has been wonderful! I had my procedure with Dr Flores 1 month ago and the entire process has been excellent! I've felt save and confident the entire time. The clerks and medical staff are just wonderful! Thank you so much for making this experience a nice one. I haven’t had my surgery yet, it’s scheduled for 5/20/2025, but my experience so far has been very straightforward and easy. Stephanie and Gabriela are my coordinators and they’ve been responsive, friendly and continue to answer any questions I have. I’m seeing Dr. Simmons for my surgery and I’m excited to see how the pre-op, surgery, and post-op appointments go and how my results turn out. I’ll update my review once I’ve been here and fully experienced everything first hand. Stay tuned!
It took me several years until I finally decided on a surgeon. I had followed Dr. Simmons for a long time. Even when he was at his prior practice. I had reservations but I continue to have my faith. I finally got the courage to book the surgery. I had my surgery with Dr. Simmons on April 15th. It was great. I had BBL and breast lift. The staff were very friendly and nice. My experience in Beautyland was excellent. Very nice staff that make you feel comfortable and confident. Everything very clean and organized. I chose Dr Flores to perform my surgery, not only for his professionalism, experience , and excellence , but also because of the way he cares about his patients . I’m very happy with my results. Forever grateful with Beautyland !
The staff absolutely suck here. They will sucker you in with promotional pricing and get you to sign paperwork then basically ignore you and put you on the back burner while they take as many patients as possible in a day. The surgeon does about 4 to 5 surgeries in one day, he does not respond to messages. He ignores me and now I have to worry about finding another doctor as well as disputing the current charge “nonrefundable booking” fee.
