I am posting this to multipul sites, I don't want anyone else scammed by her. Deceptive Conduct- Charging over quoted amount. Unprofessional. The stylist Hanna ordered hair extensions for me claiming they were Remi real hair extensions, after my first wash 6 days into the extensions the hair tangled and matted into knots. I had to cut prices off. I was embarrassed to go out, I would straighten it and with in 5 minutes it would matt’s . It is not Remi hair, she charged $400 for the hair. The salon seemed to be dirty the past few times I have came in. The trash was overflowing, there was trash on the desk area and on the floor next to the hair salon chair. Even on the evaluation sheet that she has hanging by the front door, from the state board, states she had failed the sanitary portion in the past year. The hair stylist, Hannah, was also talking bad about her previous clients. Beautyholic Wax Co. has won me over! I had a brazilian done here, and she was fast, painless, and professional. It is a cozy, chic environment with very friendly staff. They have a very cute boutique section in the front which is very fun, I picked up a few Christmas gifts too.
