I had made an appointment for beautybar the same day they send me a message to confirm my appointment. And the day of my appointment they send me another message to remind me. Came in early took me in early. Beautybar has great customer service they even offer you a beverage you have a choice of water, hot teen ,coffee or hot chocolate and couple wine choices. Love my nail and my design. They didn't really do a good job on my cuticles. I'll be giving them another try.
I wasn't 100% satisfied with the waxing services. BeautyBar offered to make things right. I decided to not get it redone but fix it myself. However, I truly appreciate their offer and customer service.
Love this place I have been living here for 5 yrs and just found this place they took me in without an appointment only waited 10 min. Looks like Ill be coming here from now on �
Love this spot!!! Gel nails last a very long time. And my nail artist Amanda does a fabulous job all the time!!!
