They both do hair well (Mariah and Helena), but their vibes and attitudes have gotten so bad it makes me not want to go regularly or at all. They don't realize no matter how well they do hair if your customer service sucks people aren't gonna do good business with you. It's kinda sad because they could be so much more than what they are. I booked a Full Head Retwist, which is a different price than just getting the top twisted. Those services were not fulfilled today, instead she only did the top. She explained to me in the most unprofessional manner while blaming me, that I booked a full head Retwist, not starter locs.
