Did not followed instructions and she didn't even ask before doing anything
I like the owner, as a person. But after last week's visit, I have now understood that she simply does not want me as a client. Only wanted a length cut (just from the bottom or more than a trim, per say), to shoulder length, as my hair was almost at bra length. Not only did she cut up to my jaw line, she left the right side, 3 inches shorter than on the left side. I went back to get it corrected and her attitude was of upset. Almost offended. Weird experience where I go in and the hair stylist/owner does not even say hi/greet me/ask me what I’m here for today. I sit there and wait three persons down before she even addresses me. Unfriendly service and hair cut very choppy. She was speeding to cut my hair and it did not turn out good at all.
